As the designer of the building's branding elements, including the signage, my goal for the entrance was to immediately establish the project's core theme. I designed the backlit lettering to create a "halo" effect, making the modern typography appear to float off the rugged brick surface. This first point of contact was crucial; it’s where we introduce the central design tension of the entire project—the interplay between raw, historic texture and clean, contemporary precision.

Residential interiors, unlike commercial projects, demand intimacy, personalization, and an ability to translate lifestyle into spatial aesthetic expression. Across six handed-over residences totaling nearly 20,000 sq. ft., the approach has been rooted in crafting luxury experiences that resonate with the individuality of each client. The language of design spans bold, expressive statements to restrained, timeless sophistication, demonstrating versatility in style and execution.

Working with renowned luxury furniture brands such as Minotti, Molteni, Glass Design and Natuzzi, each project integrates iconic pieces with curated palettes of marble, natural stone, fine wood, furniture and bespoke upholstery. Lighting strategies, from sculptural pendants to soft diffused glows shape mood and define spatial zones, while artwork, murals, and religious iconography lend cultural and emotional depth.

Some spaces embrace vibrancy through bold colors, textures, and striking accents that exude energy and playfulness, while others reflect quiet luxury with beige, ivory, and earth-toned palettes elevated by polished marble and subtle detailing. Whether designing intimate family dining rooms that integrate spiritual motifs or expansive living spaces with seamless flow and opulent materiality, the intent has always been to balance function with refined elegance. Collectively, these residences embody the belief that true luxury is not excess, but a carefully orchestrated harmony of form, material, and meaning.

This formal dining area is an exercise in refined, understated luxury. The objective was to create a space that feels both grand and intimate, perfect for hosting elegant dinners. The dining space features a monolithic marble-top table paired with beige upholstered chairs. Overhead, layered chandeliers create rhythm and softness. Flanked by sculptural artworks and greenery, the space embodies understated luxury and balance. The open sightlines into the adjacent living area reinforce the home's cohesive and thoughtfully planned design narrative.

This dining area was a deeply personal project, designed to be a luxurious space for entertaining that also honors the family's spiritual beliefs. The muted marble floor and warm mustard palette are contrasted by a devotional painting, integrating spiritual needs with design luxury. Green plants soften the space, grounding the formality. The bespoke brass chandelier is a piece of art in itself, its modern form beautifully echoed by the golden ginkgo leaf sculpture adorning the staircase wall a symbol of peace and longevity.

Our vision for this home bar was to create a glamorous, jewel-box destination within the residence. The design is centered around the breathtaking beauty of backlit Onyx marble. A vibrant counter clad in patterned onyx with backlit shelving becomes the highlight. The illuminated circular frame adds drama, while earthy bar stools tie vibrancy with comfort. This space contrasts with the otherwise muted palette, symbolizing indulgence and leisure.

In Mini's residence, which she often likes to address as "The White Elephant" our primary goal was to harness the power of architectural volume. The double-height ceiling in the great room creates an immediate sense of grandeur and airiness. We kept the color palette intentionally serene a sophisticated blend of creams, beiges, and soft whites to let the space itself be the hero. Expansive glazing, neutral marble flooring, and soaring walls amplify grandeur. Gold bird sculptures animate the height, while soft wall-wash lighting prevents scale from feeling overwhelming. Sculptural furniture and art punctuate the minimalist luxury.

This expansive informal living zone uses symmetry and warm beige tones to establish harmony. The design intent was to craft a tranquil, cohesive environment that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas without visual barriers. The foundation is a continuous expanse of high-gloss Italian marble flooring, which unifies the space and exudes opulence. Clustered chandeliers, sculptural sofas, and marble accents exude refined opulence while ensuring flow and function.
